What is Voice Pay
VoicePay (VP) lets you buy products online, from your mobile phone. Voicepay uses your voice to authenticate every transaction and as, our voices are unique this makes shopping with VoicePay completely secure, and every transaction is guaranteed.
When you open a VP account you are prompted to enter some personal details about yourself as well as your mobile phone number. During the initial registration process you will receive a telephone call from VoicePay asking a series of questions to create your unique voice signature. The process only takes about 5 minutes to complete.
After your voice signature has been created, you will be asked to store details of one of your credit or debit cards against your account to complete the process. When you use VoicePay, funds are debited from this card to process the transaction that you are signing for with VP. The only time your payment card is used is when you request and sign for a transaction and all your transactions are guaranteed against fraud.
To pay using VoicePay just enter your email address and mobile phone number and VP will call you. VP confirm your transaction, and the amount you are spending and ask you to sign. That’s it. No personal information is ever sent over the Internet and you don’t disclose any personal information during the phone call.
To open your VoicePay account now all you need is a mobile phone, you don’t need to install any software, and there are normally no charges for operating your VoicePay account.
