You can pick your lease period to suit your school, for example over three or five years with the flexibility to chose monthly, quarterly, annually or even defer payments until your next financial year (up to six months), BUT DON’T think that just because you have chosen a fixed term you are stuck with the same equipment for that period.

Our Flexi-lease means that you can upgrade your equipment as technology changes without increasing your outlay.

We will provide you with an installation service which covers both Apple Mac AND PC applications along with an ongoing backup from real people (Not automated services or email only services.  When you upgrade the technology, we are there to help.

You can choose from a wide range of hardware (Laptops, PCs, Mac's, Servers etc) as well as software, services, cabling, training and furniture. We pass on the special discounted education rates to you, so you are always assured of the best price. Rates are fixed so you can plan your IT expenditure with confidence.

All leases conform to the statutory requirements of BECTA, the DFE and LEAs.

Upgrade Option

You can upgrade your systems and networks by taking advantage of the Upgrade Option – new equipment without the need to increase your budget.

Imagine your school requires £40,000 of new equipment (Servers, Laptops, PCs and Software) over five years this would be £2,500 per quarter, however three years later you need to expand the network and upgrade. At this point the equipment is subject to a 48% upgrade allowance, by signing a new agreement and continuing to pay the £2,500 per quarter, you can have £19,200 of new equipment and you get to keep the old equipment!

What happens at the end of the agreement?

Should you decide not to upgrade your system during the agreed period you can:

Fully Upgrade - at the end of the agreement you will have 100% rental available so you could effectively renew all your equipment.

Purchase Outright - we will offer you the equipment for a nominal sum.
