Outline: This client needed a revamp of their existing site and required some integration with their web based CRM.

We provided Cintel with a SEO friendly website and our bespoke on-line site management tool to allow them to keep the site updated. We bespoked a lot of custom add-ons to the management tools so they could easily keeps track of the data on the site and ensure there were no broken links. Some of these included:

Support/Support Locations - A two-in-one module that allows them to keep a list of all their support centres, providing information such as addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and more. Not only this the support centres could be grouped and ordered on the site automatically by Continent then Country. There are some nice features such as country flags (linked to our master country database) and "Facebook" style popups courtesy of FamSpam for the "view details" links.
